Pittsburgh Penguins captain Sidney Crosby will be out for an indefinite period of time with a high right ankle sprain suffered in the team's 3-0 loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning Friday night. Crosby, who will be re-evaluated by team doctors on Saturday, will not join the team for their matchup in Montreal against the Canadiens and will also likely miss the 2008 NHL All-Star Game in Atlanta next week
