If its wool or cotton steam will definitely shrink the crown and the hat. Polyester is much more difficult to do that with.

Get a spray bottle, and spray the crown so it shrinks.
If it's polyester, not a whole lot you can do.

I have heard that customs from 4ucaps and myfitteds tend to run large. Is it because the are Chinese made customs perhaps?

I have a 4ucaps custom made in China and a MyFitteds custom made here in the US. Honestly, their 7 1/4 caps fit my head THE BEST of any other hats I have in my collection. I'm hoping my next pickups from them will fit just as great. |
