| I got a deadstock diamond collection oakland a's home hat off ebay, im guessing its from 1988? The size tag is a bit different. Also on back of size tag theres a weird signature in black lettering http://i67.tinypic.com/6p3lvd.jpg |

Made by Korean cap company YoungAn. Same company that made Sports Specialties caps. I knew New Era had NFL caps made by them around the time you mentioned but that's my first time seeing MLB.

What did the Japanese hats sell for at the A's fest? |
They were the same price as all the others, $25 I believe. There were still a few left when I left. If they're out there again next year, I'll get the ones that they have left.

Thanks for letting me know. It's been almost nine years since it was posted so to be honest I don't even know if I have them anymore. I haven't even logged into my Photobucket in a few years at least. The post also needs to be updated. I'm out of work until this whole Coronavirus thing is over so who knows, maybe I'll get it updated since I'm stuck at home.

BTW. Love the blog. I'd love an update with the current era. It's actually much simpler than the prior early days. Although there are a few random caps that have multiple era of tags on them (diamond era tags with the thorough new era description paragraph sz tag. Or an authentic collection tag with prior years new era tags.
I think I have the years down pretty good from 2000 to now. But it’s more mental. I don’t think I’ve laid it all out in front of me chronological. |
