Very nice! I've had my eye on the Polars for awhile. Do they fit the same as New Era caps? For example, if I wear a 7 5/8 in New Era should I order 7 5/8 from EFF? |

I'm a 7 3/8 in New Era but the 7 3/8 felt super tight and shallow so I sized up to 7 1/2 and they fit perfect |

I second the size up. I wear 7 5/8 New Era and 7 3/4 ebbets. |

Thanks for the input. I am actually between a 7 1/2 and 7 5/8 with New Era. I buy a 7 5/8 and then shrink it down a bit. So maybe an EFF 7 5/8 would be perfect. |

I'm having a tough time keeping my brim curved. Any suggestions out there? |

They are wool, so most likely.

I just keep bending it as I wear it. Have you tried the old rubber band trick? _________________ The Ballcap Blog is back: @ http://ballcapblog.blogspot.com |

Yeah, and the coffee mug trick for 24 hours. Went right back to flat! |

I did the rubber band around an aerosol can, same thing. I may try the coffee mug and heating it up with a hair dryer. Hopefully, when it cools, it will hold its shape. _________________ IG: erie_warrior19

Scott sold me one of his old EFF's and he curved the hell out of that brim. Hopefully he's still lurking and able to give you fellas some pointers. |

Put the hat on my car dashboard for almost 2 hours, then put it in a coffee mug for a day and a half. This is the curve I got. Good enough I suppose....For now.
Apparently I can't figure out this photo uploading thing...
