If anyone in the StL area is viewing Johnny Mac's sporting goods HQ on Watson rd.is having a 20% off clearance sale.

I just got done buying eight pre flagged caps on they way home.
Price was $11.20 each all on two big tables.

I bought the last Giants 7 5/8 home, Mets 7 5/8 in black, Marlins 7 5/8 home, White Sox black 7 5/8 and Brewers solid blue with ball glove logo 7 5/8.
Nationals red cap 7 1/2. They had one other left which fit like a 7 3/8
Padres blue with white SD logo 7 1/2. They had lots of gray logo caps in various sizes.
Reds 7 1/2 home cap They had lots of sizes of those and the black brim in various sizes.

There were quite a few Twins old logo in all blue and blue with red brim in many sizes.
Lots of Brewers Miller beer style M logo in many sizes.
Lots of Altlanta Braves A logo with red brims around too.
No StL authentics at all
2 tigers caps in size 7 and a few Rockies caps.

Pretty good deal for 11.20 each before tax.
So if you are in the St. Louis area you should get them while they are still around.
I don't plan on going back since I spent too much already. If I had more cash to spend I would have bought much more!

Thanks Guy
I never go there for the most part as they want top dollar for everything there. I got lucky for a change. They had a tent sale a few years back and I had a few good pickups then.

I just picked up a Twins solid navy TC (no gold outline) and a Rangers home cap (both MUSA poly) for $15 each from a sporting goods store today, actually.

i've had pretty good luck finding the older ac's without the flag at places that sell fitteds but aren't necessarily the first places you'd think of.

At the lids by my house there was a few without the flag but 95% of them had it. Went to Dunahms sports and they only had Tigers hats but they had home, road last years 4th of july and de's from the past few years.

picked up a home and road musa just to have them

I went back to Johnny Mac's a few weeks ago and they had a tent sale. All the hats my size were all gone. Mostly small and size 8 size hats. I was lucky at Ross and found an Astros Turn back the clock hat in my size. The old orange one they used to wear with the tequila sunrise jerseys. for 9.99.

I used to go to the local Lids but I can't find anything I like there. Hard to find any USA made stuff.
I would however like to drive to the Lids in Osage Beach MO. That's were a lot of the slow selling hats go and sold on a discount. It's kind of like a lot of those factory discount mall stores.
I may go there on when I go my yearly Springfield Cardinals game. Maybe I'll be lucky and find a needle in a haystack.
