They must have pulled "But Makestic and Nike get logo creeps on their on-field gear!".
I think I'm done buying current on-fields. I hope they don't put any flags on TBTC caps in the future.

Yes it has. I may pop back in here every now and then to see what everyone is up to, but it looks like I'm pretty much done with it.
Thanks everyone for all the fun over the last few years. Hate to see this happen but I think each and every one of us saw it from a mile away.

Nope. Regular on-fields have all been made in China since the Postseason caps last year. The last one's, excluding SE's and TBTCs, to be made in the US were when they had the large Authentic sticker on the caps. |

No they haven't, AC's are still primarily USA made. Chinese stock is supplemental.
Unless you shop at Lids, then you get what you deserve.

| I ve bought from minorleagues, mlb shop and lids all online. I've only gotten Chinese made ones from lids. Minorleagues I had to specify I wanted USA made last I checked I wanted to order a low crown Yankees and they only had Chinese made in stock. A couple months ago I ordered a Yankees blue jays Dodgers low crown AC from mlb shop and got all Chinese made. I don't like the difference in material quality and color ofChinese made ones and the crown is stiffer but they seem to fit me better than USA made low crowns. Also I bought a high crown wool heritage series a's hat from lids which was Chinese made. Even mlb shop on their description page for low crown AC hats lists imported for most hats if not all of them. If I want a USA made AC low crown hat my bed options are either going to the Giants or Oakland a's stadium shops or hope minorleagues has in stock. I did swap out a Chinese made giants for a USA made smaller size that I bought as a gift luckily lids no questions asked took the exchange right away. I have a low crown Giants and a's USA made size 7 3/4 from minorleagues but neither fit way too big I'm tempted to exchange them at lids in store but I'm afraid they'll have no USA made ones left |
