I believe both are fake!!
The NY one without the drip is without a doubt a fake..
and the tagged one I believe is fake too because the dripping does not look like the real ones and it looks off cent ...

If you want my advice I'd stay away from ebay.de as your main source for New Era Caps..
Get them other places and if its PayPal you use alot of websites accept paypal now..

Yes but come on, they must knowingly be selling fake caps so they obviously don't care about their rep!!
